Biography
Professor Kartalopoulos received his Ph.D. in 1978 and M.S. in 1975 in electrical engineering, both from the University of Toledo, a graduate diploma in electronics in 1969 from the University of Wales, England and a B.S. in Physics in 1968 from the National University of Athens, Greece.
